Purchases and Deliveries

We endeavour to deliver within the allotted times however do not guarantee supply or delivery on time. We are not liable for any mis-deliveries due to incorrect addresses being provided.

Produce Weight

Due to the large variance of unit weights found in some types of produce, the exact weight of produce in boxes may not exactly match what was ordered. Where ever possible we will endeavour to balance under supply on one item with over supply of others, so box value remains similar.

Bank Transfers

Bank transfers must be provided with a notable reference number. We take no responsibility for payments made that cannot be traced to a customer.

Cancellation Policy

We would expect one weeks noticed of cancellation. 

​

Missed Deliveries 

Customers are able to skip a week free of charge as long as we are given a minimum of 3 days notice. Customers who skip over 3 weeks in a row will be removed from the schedule to allow room for other people on the waiting list.
